Yeah when you have that many in the field it is just 90% luck picking it.
I'm not counting out My Boy Jack for the Preakness nor Belmont. I really think he'll win one of the two with a dry track. I could be wrong, but some of these horses that were picked really slacked and I believe it was due to the wet track.

So,how many were running ? 14?

* if I'd have had prior forewarning & 20 minutes with a race program ( and prolly a magnifying lens) I would've made bank on a $60 bet,,,as usual,,, oh-ya! :thumbup:

That program tells you( I had an old Jewish gentleman break down the inner nuances over a couple of scotch whiskeys at the track once)

Ha,Ha,Ha was that a Bob Baffert pony that won? ,,,yer' a sap when you discount his casing-liners,,,:lmao:

Man Alive! I'd just caught the local news,, that wasn't a wet track, that was a mudder track,,,* that program will tell you which horse does what on which track conditions,,, er,,,if it's got a substantial winning race history

Knew Justify was winning more then likely anyway... soaked muddy track, was hoping he didn't like it much. But when Mike Smith gets on the horse... he doesn't fail often...

Ended up breaking even thanks to the chalk type finish, even after hitting my only trifecta bet and several exactas. I was really hoping Good Magic was gonna be able to reel him in down the straight, but Justify was just too much horse. I'll take breaking even betting the horses though. :cool:

Any day of the week that 'breaking even' is a good TRACK DAY!

I look at it this way... Would rather bet on horses then spend it on scratch offs like these people I see in line at the store. They look like they just woke up after sleeping in a ditch outside, but spend $150 on lottery tickets...

Really,I know!
I'm glad I don't suffer that deep of a defect,,, it's pretty bad with a lot of folks,,, although there was a $5 scratcher ticket back around 2010 that I was clearing $300 to $400 per week playing that summer, shoot, who needs a job when that kinda gravy is that Handy with a $20 investment

* AZ revamped the 'odds' by adding 2 more numbers& flat killed that one dead,,,:lmao:

Well... ahead now... Just hit the exacta in the 11th at Yonkers Harness... now I just wish I would have had the balls to bet more on that one lol. But a $6.00 bet made me $293.50 so not complaining.
