Kenyon Coleman?

You'll be hearing a lot more from him as the season progresses. This next game, Ogor Olshansky's life with the Cowboys is on the line. He'll start, and had better earn the right to remain there.

Is he supposed to be a starter?

Was looking at his stats had about 70 tackles last year.... not bad at all. Should definitely be better than Igor lool.

Oh, he'll show up in a healthy rotation. Myself, I'm hoping for a solid rotation of Spears, Hatcher, Coleman, and Lissimore. If Igor wants to make the party, he better be bringing all the party favors today!

But on your topic, yea, he would add starch to DeMarcus Ware's side of the field. And Spears and Spencer would close down business on the other side.

Coleman was named the starter before last week's game I think. At least there was quite the hub bub that Igor publicly admitted to being second string.

I like the sound of that. Also nice to have him around up front to help with the new system. Same as Elam for the secondary. Weird they are both former Cowboys haha.

I had no idea of this; was not expecting to hear he was starting haha.

Spears rehabbing gave Olshansky the start tonight.

Very good against the run. Pretty much an anchor on the left side. He's not going to be pushing the pocket much, but that's not what 3-4 DEs are for. He's basically a Spears clone, which is a good thing.

I'm pretty sure the plan is to play Spears on Ware's side this year. Coleman on the left.

Correct, Rob flipped them. Spears and Hatcher are on the right now. Which lends to the thought that Rob thinks Coleman is the best against the run.

Yep. Coleman is a good 2-down 3-4 DE. If our front 7 is healthy, we should be tough to run against.

So, Hatcher is being coaxed to bring more pressure when paired with DeMarcus Ware...and still leaving Coleman to push with Anthony Spencer. Put Jay Ratliff between these polar types of forces, and I like that picture.
