He has started 16 games each of the past 4 seasons. He had 110 tackles in 2012 which was a career high. He had 105 last season. Age 31.

With Lee out, you're not going to find a superstar to replace him. The best player you can find is one who has been consistent, Burnett has been just that since leaving the Cowboys. I say, what can you lose?

He was underwhelmed by the renewal contract offer...but when given a chance to continue his career, with a new team, he'll be fine.
