From what I've heard from Titan fans, he injured his foot his rookie offseason, the first surgery didn't fix it but he played his rookie season on it anyway, Coaches thought he was "soft" (and put him on blast in front of the media) but he ended up needing a 2nd surgery for the foot. Some rumors are that he is just "mentally weak". Add in the fact that they drafted a Landry, and you have one unhappy camper in Dodd. He was held out of a lot of drills in this past mini-camp, and I guess that's "all she wrote" as far as their relationship. Didn't show up to OTAs, didn't report to training camp, etc.
