I know it's not rocket science but the key to this upcoming season is how well the offensive line plays.

Tampa Bay game will be a test of who's OL is the worse. Dallas gets killed week 2. Might as well forfeit. Before Tyron got hurt I said Dal was starting 0-2. Sticking to it.

To me it's the same thing it's been the last few years which is not letting the opponent rbs run at will on us and then you can sprinkle in some discipline to curb the penalties to that.

Burrow got sacked 9 times in the Divisional playoff game and still won. Season hasn’t even started and you mention forfeit!? Go jump on another teams bandwagon.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think if they try Tyler or Ball at LT right now, they will soon find that Steele at LT is necessary.

Whether that means Martin at RT I dont know.

Tyler's deficiencies at Tulsa were supposed to be mitigated by playing inside. For a team that claims that cutting down penalties is a priority, how do you turn around and start him at LT?

Ball looks like a much crappier version of Doug Free.

All I know is that they will have a tough time surviving another injury or two. I'd guess that even they know this, but are waiting until final cuts for a bargain.

That may actually yield more promising results than who is currently out there. But if I'm Jerry and kid, I'd be willing to part with a 3rd for the right player.

Better than waiting until your QB is lost due to constant blind side clobberings.

The fans are driving me nuts freaking out over the O-line. I can't wait til they see the O-line do just fine for a few games allowing the fans to just chill out over this Tyron Smith injury.

The Key to the season is putting this offense on Dak's shoulders and letting him do his thing, then the defense can do their thing by giving the ball back to Dak so he can do more of the same. Complementary football, folks!

Nope.......Zeke and the Defense are the cogs that can keep us in contention this coming season.
Ball control and keeping opponents under 20 points as our offense will struggle against real defenses as usual.
May the force be with us!!!

P.S.Opps forgot the field goal kicker as we have issues in the Red-Zone:banghead:
I agree. Dink dunk Methodical move the ball. We’re going to have a good field position we don’t have to control the ball for long. Would be nice to start the 40 instead of the 20

Move Martin over LT and put McGovern in at RG.

This would be my movie at this point in time. But you know our FO is stubborn as heck and wants to prove to the world they were ahead of this problem and drafted Tyler to replace Tyron asap. Which is not true since he has played at LG all through PS and camp. They were hoping a swing tackle would emerge in Ball. I still do not feel comfortable with McG at RG, but that is all you got.

The defense is ready to take the next step.
The offense has to do its part and not be a 3 and out machine.

If they consistently don't convert 3rd downs then the defense will end up getting tired.

My key is offense converting 3rd downs.
PLUS - not settling for long-range FGs in the first three quarters.
Coffin corner punts - then rely on the defense to force 3 & outs - resulting in short fields \ way to go for the offense to get touchdowns.

Dallas has won every game when they rush for 100 yards. I think this is spot on and not a knock on anyone. Ole rocky is just obsessed.
