Keyshawn Johnson: Cowboys Are the Worst Team in the League

I want to watch Romo one more game to know whether we will have a top 5 pick next year.

I've learned quite a bit watching and studying the NFL over the years. One thing that has always stood out to me is that it is extremely difficult to gauge any team or franchise after the opening games.

Well....so I guess we're the 2nd worst team in the league now right? Oh wait.....the Titans beat the Chiefs so I guess that means we're the 3rd worst team in the league lol.

Still salty about how it ended for him here. That's obviously an incredibly dumb statement.

This is why I don't even watch pre game shows anymore. All the predicitions are so assinine-- this teams awesome, this teams blows, etc, etc.

I think right now we are basically where we expected to be....1-1 and a middle of the road team. I think we will be favored next week against the Rams and we should have Scandrick back and possibly should see Spencer soon. If the injuries stay away, there is a lot of potential with this team.

I agree, but I think it takes 3 or 4 wks before you can really gauge a team or assess the lay of the land.

Anyone who thought the Cowboys were the worst team in the league after last week wasn't paying attention. Romo was obviously rusty. Four early turnovers made the Dallas running game moot, so SF played loose zone and took the air outta the ball. IMHO, all anyone could tell about the Dallas Cowboys following that game was that Romo wasn't quite right and the team was gonna be able to run the ball. The defense surpassed expectations too, but getting excited about that was (and still is) a tad premature.

The Cowboys are gonna be able to run the ball, Romo will blow off the rust, the OL is young and good, and last I checked, Dez Bryant, Demarco Murray and Jason Witten still wear the star, not to mention Dan Bailey. So judging from week one, Johnson can say we have the worst QB in the league, but worst team? What an idiot.

Why are you watching ESPN?

Bingo - That panel of buffoons has to have the people behind the cameras shaking their collective heads at some of the marble mounted idiocies they spew. I caught 5 minutes of it today flipping channels when they were discussing the DV issue and in the space of 5 minutes actually heard KJ talk about his own domestic violence experience, CC say that the NFL's actions need to be above the Judicial system and then cut to RL for his comments ... uh OK.

Well, if we are going to make bold predictions after two weeks of play, I guess I should put some money on the Bills to win it all.
