His job is kinda like an Off Lineman..........only get noticed when something goes wrong

Give him Kudo's......a nice, albeit not alot of pressure, start to the season

I agree.....his kickoffs were good and he made all of his xp's.

he played...... kicked well but he has to get more height on his kickoffs

Looked like he was trying to kick more of a line drive on kickoffs in order to get it into the endzone. His kicks did go further than they did in the preseason due to this change, but it's not nearly far enough. I'd rather him kick it to the 6 and have hang time, than kick it shallow into the endzone.

I agree. Whatever accuracy problems he may have had in college he seems to have corrected it and has been perfect thus far for Dallas

Sidenote, the kicker that was picked right after Folk, Crosby, kicked a 53 yarder yesterday for the Packers that would have been good from 73...... maybe it was a good year for kickers.

Crosby was the best kicker in college but he had a terrible combine

Lets just say Folk did not miss a single kick thus far in Dallas and has nailed the long kicks right down the middle. None of his kicks have been close to missing so yes I think he out kicked Grammy for the job.

I honestly have no idea at all whether the letter I wrote meant squat to the Cowboys or not. I saw Folk as a long term solution at Kicker. He hasn't even scratched the surface on how good he can be.

But, he's still a kicker.
