Curious to see how they about the kicker spot. Do they bring Kai back, with college legs for competition?
Do they go after Greg the Leg and hope his last year was a bump in the road and still bring in UDFA kickers?

Most seasons you can get a top kicker by using a 7th round pick. I'd rather do that than use it on some 6th string TE who won't make the practice squad.

Absolutely agree here. A late round pick on an important position is better than a late round pick on chance pick. Remember when the Raiders took Janakowski with their first pick... duh - but look how long he lasted and how well he played.

Georgia's Rodrigo Blankenship is generally regarded as the #1 kicker to become available for the 2020 NFL draft.

He'd be an ideal candidate for the Cowboys to consider taking as their potential kicker with a late round draft pick.
He's, far and away, been regarded as the best available for the draft, if his college history is any indication.

Kai Forbath I feel heads into camp as the kicker but yes I would bring in someone to compete for the job.

I agree

I think we should look at the 5 best college Quarterbacks and bring them in for tryouts pre draft.

Five kickers will require too much time for the kicking prospects.

The top three were regarded as the best to be had this year. :)

You're not even allowed to do that.

I'm sure they'll all be kicking at the teams' pro days.

A kicker or punter or both gets you a late rnd pick that’s is likely to have a day one impact
If we moved around in the mid rounds and added a 6th you could very easily have a 6th and 7th rnd pick not only make the roster but have a real impact cheaply for years

I like Forbath..
He did a nice job but he has a history of inconsistency
If you can draft a guy cheaper and still get a quality kicker it’s a win/win
Late round picks rarely contribute right away if they even make the roster
If work out a 6th rnd pick somehow and draft a kicker and punter with those last 2 picks

Rodrigo Blankenship, Georgia
Sam Sloman, Miami (OH)
Dylan Barnas, Central Florida
Dominik Eberle, Utah State
Jonathan Song, Texas Christian

LOL let Forbath run with it. Had he been our PK from Week 4 on we’d have made the playoffs.

MORE PROOF GARRETT SUCKS!!!!!
