Kiffin fire?

Sports talk radio is speculating that if the Raiders do not win this weekend that Kiffin will be fire next week. Apparently, Kiffin suggested that his Def. Coordinator, Ryan, was confering with Al Davis, about what schemes to run. He said this to the reporters. Ryan fired back saying that this was not true and he takes full responsibility for the play calling. Add note Kiffin wanted him gone after last year but Davis refused to fire him and gave him I think a pay raise. Also their is a movement for fans to buy the Raiders much like the Packers ownership. This is just unbelievable. The national media made it seem that Phillips would have trouble with Garrett getting almost as much as him. The Raiders coaches can't even be in the same room together. It would be intereting to see how this transpires.
