But its times like these that its clear.

Reasoned thoughts and logic disapear or are ignored.

1. Pre season game.
2. This team is tired.
3. This team did not care about that game.

That being said its clear there are some problems with the O line. I do not really see any real concerns beyond that.

Lots of people seem to forget that an Oline works best when it has had several seasons, or at least one season where all the starters are the same.

Where from the start of training camp until opening game all 5 have practiced and played together.
The Hotel is gone so we already have one new starter which can be compensated for especially if its a tackle.

It will not happen until game 2 or 3 that even 4 of 5 will play together. And if Colombo does not improve than both tackles will be different from opening game of last season.

Holland is an experienced player but has not had much time working with Gurode which is a critical area as regards being prepared for stunts.

Barron is experienced but same problem working with Bigg.

And it is no secret that stunts and the like have been a problem for us for a long time.

Therefore its probably safe to say that in the next two weeks there will be a lot of work done in that area.

It will be a concern. That is reality. But I seriously doubt the sky is falling as so many have claimed.

Tackling is not a concern?

We couldn't tackle early last season either.

Tampa gashed us and our db's couldn't tackle the Giants receivers.

I consider the tackling problem not a big deal at the moment; we have had those concerns before coming out of camp. Wade has gone 9-2 in Sept so that eases some of the worry.

Agreed. I'm more concerned about lack of tackling than the OLine at this point. But I think tackling, and swarming to the ball, has been good for the most part this preseason.

Fatigue and apathy might have really played more into last night than I think.
