Kiper and McShay just released their 3 round mock on ESPN.

Kiper has Dallas
9. Tyron Smith
40. Brandon Harris
71. Da'Norris Searcy

McShay has Dallas
9. Tyron Smith
40. Aarom Williams
71. Brandon Hogan

I don't care for any of these guys 3rd round picks.

Kiper still had Moffit, Rackley,Cannon, and Ellis still on the board much rather have one of them over Searcy. If Kiper is right and Moffit, Cannon, Rackley, and Ellis are all there in the 3rd round, I will be trying to get as many 3rd picks as possible. I would love to get Cannon, Ellis, and Rackley all in the 3rd.

McShay still had Ellis and Moffit still on the board, I would rather have one of them over Hogan.

I love Moffitt in the 3rd. Great run blocker and has the attitude I want to foster on the OL.

I don't like Da'Norris Searcy in the 3rd round. I think he's a 5-7th round prospect.

I'm not opposed to Brandon Hogan, he's actually a bit of a sleeper IMO. I think he's a player.

He does have a checkered history as far as charachter issues.

I agree with SuperCowboy8 on the 3rd rounds guys. Ellis would definitely be a good pick in the 3rd. I don't think there is that much difference between him and Phil Taylor. Ellis might have a better motor than Taylor.
.
I would prefer Ijalana in the 2nd. He should make a great guard and could play tackle if needed.

uh oh kiper said this

ESPN's Mel Kiper said in a Wednesday conference call that USC OT Tyron Smith is one of the draft's hottest players leading up to April 28.
Specifically, Kiper called Smith's stock "red hot right now." The earliest we've seen Smith mocked is No. 9 to the Cowboys. Rotoworld's Chris Wesseling recently broached that Buffalo could consider Smith at No. 3, however, and the notion makes plenty of sense. The Bills have sore spots at both tackles. The most talented offensive tackle prospect in this draft class, Smith's most common comparison is D'Brickashaw Ferguson

I absolute hate both of their 3rd round picks for us, yuck.

For those who haven't seen Hogan play...

Actually, I should say I'm not for Hogan in the 3rd, as he's coming off of injury and has some characther concerns. If Kenrick Ellis was still available in the 3rd, I'd jump all over him.

I'd love Hogan in the third, but if the option is there with Marcus Cannon, Moffitt, or Will Rackley sitting their in the third, I take the Olineman everytime. Searcey has the intelligence, but is slow as molasses.

I'd rather see Eric Hagg or Jeron Johnson if we are forced to draft a safety in the third..
