If Donald could possibly drop a couple of slots to us but yea otherwise trading down seems OK.
Finding a buyer in this market as reported might be tough.

I think I would feel good about trading down if possible.

I would feel good about it too, but I think if Barr/Donald are there, we stay put. With those two guys off the board, we trade down & pick up a Martin/Shazier/Ward/Ford

agreed. I think a lot of teams will be thinking of moving down, making it harder...it's a buyer's year as a result as teams that are one player away can move up and play teams wanting to trade down against each other

All depends on who's there at #16 when the Cowboys' turn comes up. If there's a QB or WR or even a safety someone covets... then it could happen.

amazed at the way Mosley has moved up. I see him as AJ Hawk part deux; huge college Rep that never really shines like his draft spot would indicate.

How has he moved up? He's consistently been a top 25 player in this class.

If anything is surprising from this version of Kiper's board it is how Borland is suddenly pushed into it.

For those of us that don't have Insider, really appreciate your putting this stuff up.

Anybody else think the two Ss are going to go sooner than their rankings might be suggesting at this point?

Anywhere from 1-4 of the following will go before 16:
Clinton-Dix
Dennard
Gilbert
Pryor

I think so, too. My guess is that the top two both go earlier than we expect. Probably one of them would be there when we're on the clock, but they might both be gone.
I don't see a lot of mocks with the safeties going early, but I think that's what ends up happening. Chicago, for example, could take one and let Donald fall to us.

My thoughts exactly. If Donald/Barr are both gone, then we'll move down and get Shazier.
