I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard this said about a Texas Tech quarterback.

I've never heard that. Harrell had a weak arm. This kid could be special...Kingsbury has ruined him as he is an awful coach.

his mechanics are terrible and hard to watch,i still think he is as talented as any in this draft but his bust potential is also high.

Where did he have Dak ranked last year?

At this time last year, Kiper had Dak sixth among quarterbacks (Goff, Wentz, Lynch, Cook, Hackenberg, Prescott) and projected him as a second-round pick. By the draft, Kiper's mock did not have Dak in the first three rounds.
