9. Kansas City Chiefs - Jeremiyah Love RB Notre Dame
10. Cincinnati Bengals - Rueben Bain Jr. DE Miami
11. Miami Dolphins - Francis Mauigoa T/G Miami

12. Dallas Cowboys - Mansoor Delane CB LSU
No team gave up more passing plays of 25 or more yards last season than the Cowboys (46). Trevon Diggs was cut at the end of the season, and DaRon Bland is coming off his second surgery on his left foot in two years. If there weren't already enough signs for Dallas, the entire cornerback class is still available at No. 12 here. Delane can shut down opposing receivers while also making a bunch of plays on the ball. He broke up 11 passes and pulled down two interceptions last season.

13. Los Angeles Rams (Atlanta) - Jermod McCoy CB Tennessee
14. Baltimore Ravens - Jordyn Tyson WR Arizona St.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - CJ Allen LB Georgia
16. New York Jets (Indianapolis) - Peter Woods DT Clemson
17. Detroit Lions - Zion Young DE Missouri
18. Minnesota Vikings - Dillon Thieneman S Oregon
19. Carolina Panthers - Keldric Faulk DE Auburn

20. Dallas Cowboys (Green Bay) - Akheem Mesidor DE Miami
It's an all-defense first round for Dallas -- first cornerback (Mansoor Delane at No. 12), now edge rusher. Of course, Mesidor wouldn't be a one-for-one replacement for Micah Parsons, who was sorely missed in Dallas last season. But with 12.5 sacks in the final season of a six-year college career, Mesidor would at least jump-start the pass rush and start to build that unit back up. Jadeveon Clowney was the lone Cowboys player to crack six sacks in 2025 (8.5), and he's a free agent. Jerry Jones has to commit to using premium picks on the edge, especially with one of the league's tighter cap situations.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers - Ty Simpson QB Alabama
22. Los Angeles Chargers - Olaivavega Ioane G Penn St.
23. Philadelphia Eagles - Kenyon Sadiq TE Oregon
24. Cleveland Browns (Jacksonville) - Monroe Freeling T Georgia
25. Chicago Bears - Kayden McDonald DT Ohio St.
26. Buffalo Bills - Denzel Boston WR Washington
27. San Francisco 49ers - Kadyn Proctor T/G Alabama

29. Los Angeles Rams - Blake Miller T Clemson
30. Denver Broncos - Emmanuel McNeil-Warren S Toledo
31. New England Patriots - R Mason Thomas OLB Oklahoma
32. Seattle Seahawks - Avieon Terrell CB Clemson

R Mason would be a home run for the Pats at 31. I wonder if Dallas would consider him at 20.

Edit-Just saw the R Mason Thomas thread below.

So both Irish RBs go in the first rd
wonder when the last time THAT happened?
I mock all mocks but this is kind of interesting as this is the second one that has KC taking Downs

I still say the most likely scenario at 20 is a trade down.
Yup. Trade down if we can, and you’d feel a lot better about taking any one of those 3rd down speed rusher guys - Mesidor, Thomas or Howell - and hope to develop him fast.

I also like the Delane pick, but with McCoy still there, I’d take him instead (presuming his medicals check out).

Last I can remember was 2008 when Darren McFadden from Arkansas went 4th and Felix Jones went 22nd.

I like the trade down idea at #20.

But I’d be thrilled with Delane at #12. I love his all around game.

I like Delane, but I don't think he's a good value at 12. I hope they're not too stupid to ignore offensive players.

If the board fell like that, the best player on the board at 12 IMO is Tyson, but they don't have the foresight to draft a WR unless they trade Pickens.

To me, starting at around the 15th pick, you're talking about 2nd round value players. I'd take the best player on my board at 12, then try to trade back with 20. To me, the ideal scenario would be trading back to late 1st/early 2nd, and getting a premium pick in the '27 draft.

Yes. Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams both went top 5 in 2005 as well. Neither was worth the pick.

By the time the draft rolls around these offensive players are going to move in to the top ten like Ty Simpson and Tyson; maybe even Sadiq. More defensive players will fall.

In this scenario, Cowboys would have their pick at corner, whomever they like the most. I would probably take the Toledo safety over the injured/old edge rusher though at 20.

I would take Howell who didn't even make Kiper's 1st round. Which is why a trade down makes sense.

Cadillac looked like he would be a stud as rookie. Then he turned into a Buick. Brown was always overrated to me.

Both of the top CB's are very strong, but come with questions. With Delane his biggest questions are 2024 tape and overall athleticism. McCoy you have the obvious knee injury

I think they are tier similarly to where Horn and Surtain where, but with more questions than those two had.

I expect them to both be Horns cailber in the NFL. He gets overshadowed by Surtain, but he has had a very good career. He had give up a completion rate of 56% and. QBR allowed of 79.3
