I know in his latest mock Jeremiah didn't have Hampton in Dallas but mentioned him as a possibility.

I would hate the pick. Not at 12. Even if he produced big early. It's about longevity. 4 or 5 years isn't worth a top 12 pick. You want a 2nd contract core player there.

Only Jeanty that high. I'm willing to gamble on greatness. There's nothing special about Omarion Hampton.

Second part. I am out. Jeanty isn't Barkley coming out of college. Pass.

Hate that the Eagles add Nolen in this mock. If we don't take a DT, I want Harmon, Grant and Nolen gone before Philly's pick.

Don't see the Eagles going DT at all ( already have Davis and Carter ) ...........DE, TE or WR. There are rumblings AJ Brown could be traded to Pats before the draft. He and Vrabel are still close from their time with the Titans. Vrabel fought against trading him to the Eagles. Pretty sure Howie is trying it leverage as much as possible.

The problem with trading down at 12 is the opportunity wont likely be there. A trade down is really possible of Sanders or Ward are there at 12, and thats unlikely. Or if someone values Dart that much. Also unlikely. The non QB's arent good enough to drive a trade up. And the ones that are, (Will Johnson, Mykel Williams, Tet McMillan) they would just draft at 12 instead of trading down.

That take is false imho because Hampton doesn't have the feet or vision Bijan has.

He’s definitely smooth he looks like Marshall Faulk a little or Curtis Martin just in the way he shifts his angles and hips slightly while still being fast

I don't know, if they stay in the defensive alignment they've been using, they need somebody better than Moro Ojomo at a DE/DT spot. It seems like their top need to me.

If they traded Brown, receiver would move to the top, but they would have the ammo to get both. It would be just like Roseman to have traded a first for Brown, used him for a few years and then trade him for a first.

I just don't see DE being in that conversation. We have Parsons (first), Kneeland (last year's second), Williams (second), Fowler (first, coming off 10.5-sack season) and Turner (first).

The Rich get Richer …Kiper has KC taking the tackle Banks out of UT to help Mahomes for yrs to come and add to a line that frankly has cost the Chiefs two SB losses against Tampa & Philly .

And the Eagles add to the DT position get Walter Nolen Ole Miss to play in a rotation of a very impressive DL .

And Hampton out of NC at RB would not be the end of humanity as we know it . Let’s face it without a legit running threat Dak Prescott is an expensive non factor . The two off season pick ups Williams & Sanders look much better as complement options if a Hampton is ripping off yards as a 12-15 touches a game marquee threat .

Williams vs Vaughn for the 3rd back on the roster position with Leupke a very nice FB in the mix . Vaughn could very well return and thrive if used correctly .
