I have seen Kiper on alot lately going toe to toe with McShay, Kiper is very sold on the fact Clausen is the better QB over Bradford, for as long as Kiper has been doing this could he be this off? im fairly confident that Bradford goes ahead of Clausen in next weeks draft. on his big board he has Clausen #4 and Bradford #5 :starspin

I'm a Kiper fan, but I disagree with him on this.

I feel very confident Bradford will go 1st. In ways I feel for Bradford going to a team like the Rams it is going to be tough. Yes he will get the money he will need it :laugh2:

If they're smart they'll get a cheap vet to take the beating for at least one year.

I think it's a matter of how you view upside. Clausen is probably further along then is Bradford and he is not as great a health risk.

Bradford is the more talented IMO. He has more potential but he has some history with injury and he is not as close to being able to start as is Clausen.

If you place more weight in the upside and less in the risk, then you probably like Bradford more. If you place more in the hear and now product and weigh risk a bit greater on Bardford's recent injuries, then it's probably Clausen you rate higher.

I don't really think it's that big a deal.

I think everyone, including Kiper, agree that Bradford will go before Clausen in the draft. We'll find out in a couple of years who the better QB is. I like that he is sticking to his guns though.

Mayock has Thomas over Berry and his holding firm too.

They may or may not be correct, but good for them for not following the masses.

Next year is a better year to draft a QB anyway.

Get me on the record as saying Clausen will be better than Bradford.

The best thing that ever happened to Clausens career is he actually faced adversity in game situations and not everything was a walk in the park like it was for Bradford.

I think Clausen might end up as the better pro, but I believe it will be due to Bradford having a short, injury plagued career.

They have A.J. Feeley on their roster for Bradford sake I hope Feeley opens the season as the starter.

me too -- i hate ND but saw Claussen play many times--he is a very good QB who had worse supporting cast than Bradford

The thought of Bradford behind that Ram O Line is frightening. Dont know if he is up to it. Remember the beating Troy took in 89, that hit by Anthony Bell. Remeber the beatings Archie Manning took.

Certainly not worse receiver though. ND was loaded at WR. But yes, OU had the better team overall.

Floyd was the only other WR then Tate who was really good and he was injured half of last season. And their top TE was injured as well. It was basically Clausen and Tate most of the season and they still lit things up.

I honestly dont think either will ever amount to much more than average NFL players. In fact I've been saying for weeks I think the best QB from this class 3-4yrs from now wont be any of these big name guys that go early. (Bradford, Claussen, Tebow, McCoy)
