Don't worry about it, folks. If we had swapped drafts with the eagles or giants, it would have been an exact same grade. The Eagles would have gotten an A for our draft and we'd have gotten a B- for theirs.
Comes with the Star. Roll with it.

I noticed Jamie Dukes was drawing the same assumptions--that if we did not strongly address LT, then we could add whatever we wanted and still have a gaping hole at a crucial position. He thinks Free has no chance whatsoever of succeeding at LT. Obvioulsy, the Cowboy staff (who sees Free in action all the time) thinks otherwise. I sure hope they are correct.Hostile;3373322 said:The only problem I have ever had with these Draft Grades is that the author's base them on what they think were the team needs. For instance Kiper Mentions LT right away. It completely flies in the face of reality to assume the team agrees with him on the importance of adding another LT.
Then they turn right around and say the exact opposite for another team. Did the Giants really need more DL help? Yet they are not graded down for not addressing his pre-conceived needs.
The other problem is these guys always grade you on who they would have taken. If the teams wanted their opinions they'd try and hire them. You know, the way we did with Gil Brandt, who was one of the originators of Draft analysis.
Grades are too subjective. Especially this soon.
