Is he a UFA? I think the announcers said he is. To do that they'd have to franchise him which equates to a lot of money. Probably won't happen.

Yeah he is a UFA. That is why I was thinkin he will go in and play for a starting job. If he woulda done a great job today and somehow got the Bengals to the AFCC then he would be one of the top FAs and he would get a startin job somewhere.

But he has not done nuff in this game to make every team that needs a good QB to go after him. He has done ok. My guess is the Bengals wont have to many problems keepin him as a very solid back up.

Since Palmer has a torn ACL, they will keep Kitna around as insurance. He will get a nice lucrative contract to be insurance.

All gonna depend on the $ but the picture sure changed in the last 4 hours for Kitna..
