Please let the American aborigines keep KK. They are barely hanging in 7th place in the playoff race. And that's with a running college QB carrying them and KK calling a college offense. KK had his chance in the NFL at AZ. He's a retread, now.

Anyways, MM and Dak will be back to double digit seasons, starting next year.

And actually there's still a chance for the playoffs this year. Just need to win out.

Kingsbury has had a losing head coaching record wherever he has gone. I don’t understand the buzz around this guy. He was 35-40-0 at Texas Tech and 28-37-1 with the Arizona Cardinals. 10 years as a head coach in college and the NFL with only 3 winning seasons. 0 playoff wins and only 1 bowl win.

In the last 10-15 years, have their been any college coaches that don't get exposed after a half season of play?

Granted they're good at getting production out of young or rookie QBs, but ultimately the NFL catches up quickly.

Seems like the best coaches have been brought up through the pro system, starting as assistants.

Kliff Kingsbury is no option.

Jerry is running Big Mike back.
My thoughts as well. Early in the offseason I kept thinking all these people claiming Dak wasn't going to get resigned were wasting their time. It's the same thing now with MM. People are wasting huge amounts of time and effort coming up with one scenario after another, and I don't think any of it has a chance of happening. Jerry may have already told MM he is getting a new contract, he's just waiting for another headline stealing moment, like right before the super bowl.

The big difference between MM and Dak's situations, though, is that Jerry won't have the luxury of waiting until game #1 next year to make an announcement that is geared towards stealing headlines. You either resign him early on in the offseason or not at all, and I am confident we will get 4 more years of MM. Maybe Billy B saw the same thing and that is why he jetted to the college ranks.

That poster is the type that irritates Stephen A Smith.... everyone on the planet knows how bad this team sucks and this guy is talking about playoffs. Tampa needs to kick the crap out of the Jonesboys and put them out of their misery.

Anyone who linked Kingsbury to Dallas isn't doing their homework. "Kliff" requires a very mobile QB. Dallas will have one of the most stationary QBs in the NFL next year.
That is, unless a wheelchair is allowed in the pocket.

Please delete this before Jerry sees it. He doesn't need any more convincing.

Only because it is easy and he won't have to give up his annual yacht vacation that just happens to coincide with free agency.ent
Exactly !! Whatever requires the least amount of time and effort is what Jerry and Stephen will do. They're lazy and content. No need to grind hard to get the job done. Running it back with the status quo is so much easier.
