BOCA RATON, Fla. --New England Patriotsowner Robert Kraft said Monday that he wrote a letter to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell over a month ago requesting that the league reinstate the draft picks stripped as part of the Deflategate penalties, as well as the four-game suspension of quarterbackTom Brady, but he didn't sound optimistic it would spark a change.

Kraft said his letter was in response to Goodell's remarks that if any new facts were learned, Goodell would reconsider the punishment of a 2016 first-round pick, 2017 fourth-round pick, the four-game suspension of Brady and a $1 million fine.

I don't have a problem with Kraft writing a letter, asking for the picks and suspension to be lifted. Now, if the request was granted by the NFL, then I would have a huge problem with all of this.

Everyone thought that Will Smith movie was going to doom the NFL but it came and gone. Maybe the NFL should thank Star Wars for that one since every movie that came out in that span was an afterthought.

Everyone knows about CTE at this point and it's just entertainment. I won't stop watching because some millionaires are risking their lives.

Not only is the answer NO, the NFL is going to win the Brady appeal and he will have to serve his original 4 game suspension.
