The only problem for Richard is the league is kind of gearing toward offensive head coaches more now that ever. I would love richard to be head coach, but you have to bring in an offensive guru to help him out. Alot of coaches do this, mcvey lets wade handle the defense, Carolina norv handles the O. I like richard simply because the players and other people will respect him and take him seriously.
