His style is simply impressive both functionally and visually.

I expect him to have a huge impact on the gameplan hence his title. He isn’t just our defensive backs coach, he is the coordinator of our passing defense and will likely design our packages.

Marinelli is an excellent motivator but I don’t see him as a great x and o guy nor do I see him as being big on technique.
