Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and his staff were at AT&T Stadium Saturday, getting a good look at Cowboys secondary coach/passing game coordinator Kris Richard, whom they will interview in the morning. It’s one of three interviews Richard is scheduled to have on Sunday with the New York Jets and Tampa Bay Buccaneers also coming to speak with him. “It doesn't surprise me at all that clubs have the interest that they have in him,” Jerry Jones said. “There are no secrets in the NFL when it comes to people that can help you win football games. And he's a winner. He is a winner. And he's made a big impact on our team here which is amazing considering he's just been here starting in the spring. But he's obviously a very qualified individual if you're looking for a head coach."

Honestly they shouldn't be allowed to interview him while we're still playing. What if Ross offers Richard 4 year 32 million in the morning, Richard is gone, then the D will have a let down knowing the best thing that happened to that D is gonna leave.

If Richards leaves. He can and will be replaced. What defensive coach would not want to the leader of our defense. Remember Richard got fired by Seattle last season.
