Kupp to Seahawks

there is no way we were going to win a bidding war for him. not surprised at all
They could have, but that's a steep price. They can get one of the other receivers for less or go ahead and draft 1 in the 1st round.

Can someone please explain why we did not just trade for him and take over his existing contract of $12M and $10M????
I thought I heard he was going to count 19.5 mil against the Rams cap. Probably money that was kicked down the road added to his salary.

Nah.

3yrs/$45m for an aging WR with injury issues? No thanks. I would've been fine if he signed here on a 1yr deal but not for that kinda money.
Lol doesn’t matter. We won’t spend the money anyway. We spend it on our overpaid players.

That was more than the Cowboys were offering him as a FA.
Some people are saying we offered more than Seattle and he chose Seattle. If that is the case why did we not just trade for him and taking on his existing contract that was significantly less???

Jethro can't read the tea leaves, the WR market or any damn thing for that matter.

uhhhh slow and stupid ??

It will be interesting to see what he does in seattle now.

The other thing is many guys probably dont want to play for cowboys now days, because
they dont try to win and the whole circus.
Only ones are guy who need a job and are just playing for the $.

Add to that cap boy wants to lowball everyone, and do 1 year contracts lol

Bro has 2 years of 1k+ yards and a bunch of 500 yard under 10 td seasons. Never wanted him here and especially for the money he got. He's not a fit anyways because the slot is for lamb.
