Came across a clip on YouTube of the best mic'd up pieces from 2016. Found the original and the relevant clip starts at 51 seconds. He's talking about a Jordy Nelson catch that was questionable and brings up Dez's playoff catch.
Seems the players are just as baffled by the rule as everyone else.
