I can't stand this guy and one of these days, if someone doesn't stop him, he is going to kill someone.

I don't follow the trucks so I don't know what Kyle was speaking about there at the end getting wrecked several weeks in a row. Frankly I don't need to know any history to know Busch should be out the rest of the season. It doesn't matter if Busch or Hornaday was at fault for the caution you can not lose your temper like Busch did. He really needs to grow up.

As for the original wreck, it looked like Hornaday had a run on Busch and when he got along side of the lapped truck, he got loose and slid up the track and got into him a bit. At that point it was just racing and that happens. But I am telling you. You can bookmark this post, Busch is going to kill someone if he is allowed to continue with this stuff. And when he does, NASCAR will be complicit in that death for not shutting this hot head down.

Actually I don't know the first thing about NASCAR so I'll take your word for it that that was a dirty play. :D

Those are the worst kind of accidents too. Similar to Earnhardt's at Daytona.

These guys feel invincible with all the safety improvements they've made but they're playing with fire wrecking each other like that. Imagine someone being killed in one of these incidents. Does the driver face murder charges?

I get ya. But it wasn't even racing. They were on a caution lap at 130 mph. Yeah it waas dirty and not the first time he has done this kind of thing.

I would think that if something like that happened where someone was killed by an intentional act, there would be some kind of charges brought.

Just heard they are parking Busch for the rest of the weekend. No Nationwide race and no Cup race. HE should not drive the remaining three races actually. But it is a start.

he's a punk, but the guy goes out and races hard 2 or 3 times a week.

He should have his Credentials revoked. Racing hard is one thing. Putting people's lives in jeopardy is another. Imagine if he spun Horanday out on purpose and some debris went into the stands and killed a spectator. If it is a natural wreck that's the chance you take. But purposefully doing it is manslaughter.

Last month I compared Busch's driving style to Ayrton Senna's in that Senna was just as aggressive as Busch, however, after that incident, Busch does not need to be behind a wheel for the forseeable future. Remember when he pushed Harvick's unoccupied vehicle down pit road? That could've hurt someone as well.

There's no denying Busch has as much talent as anyone in Cup, but he needs a reality check.

I don't understand how you can park Kyle but let Brian Vickers keep racing. He played demolition derby last week, intentionally wrecking McMurray a couple of times, took out a chase contender in the process and he gets nothing.

If Busch was in contention for the Cup there's no way Nascar suspends him like this.

Maybe, but the history of Busch doing this kind of thing along with the fact that he did it on a caution lap and not under race conditions make it even more egregious.

Which is why they should sit him down the rest of this year and at least three races next year.

I like Kyle Busch - he is one of the best drivers out there - but what he did was undeniably inexcusable - no if, ands or buts about it.

I also notice he drives a lot dirtier in the truck series - kind of "I got nothing to lose" attitude.

It caught up to him.

Could be murder if you can prove intent in a state with transferred intent.

I will give you that he is a fantastic drive. Frankly though, he's not worth the risk for NASCAR. They should dock him the points for the first three races next year with a zero tolerance policy with him.
