Kyle Busch needs to be suspended for the rest of the season in all three series

I will give you that he is a fantastic drive. Frankly though, he's not worth the risk for NASCAR. They should dock him the points for the first three races next year with a zero tolerance policy with him.

They (NASCAR) will never dock him 3 races next year because it is not in their best $ interest. Kyle Busch, like it or not, has a lot of fans and the sport is in enough trouble with viewership way down and trouble with sponsors.

I don't necessarily disagree with you but it's just not gonna happen.

If anything, they ought to fine him half his salary or something along those lines.

NASCAR could lose A LOT more if he ends up killing someone. Though you are right, they won't dock him points next year, though they should. The thing about NASCAR that bothers me is that the series is run by Bill France Jr's kid and I don't think he has the long term best interest in the series at heart. It is a family owned franchise in total and maybe that's not the best in today's world.

They are going to let him race the final two races but M&Ms won't be sponsoring him.

Yeah, Interstate Batteries will be on this weekend. Z-Line was supposed to be on for the last race of the year as well but they asked JGR to replace him with Hamlin.

If Gibbs is smart he will cut him loose at the end of the year. Bring Aric Amarola up and let him drive the car.

I do think NASCAR needs to come down hard on Busch. Watching the replay I really did not see what Hornaday did wrong he has position and Kyle was not going to give ground. Even if Kyle did feel Hornaday was in the wrong initially wrecking him like that under a yellow flag has no place in racing

There is a history here of letting ******bags get away with wrecking ppl. You should have seen Dale Sr in his heyday. Dude would wreck anybody anytime ... caution lap or not. If you pissed off Dale Sr you were going into the wall. And they let him get away with it. Guess what ... Hornaday will get his revenge. My question is will Kyle survive it.

not sure what Nascar is going to do bring excitement back to the sport. The stands are half empty for every race except maybe Bristol.

That's a bit of an over exaggeration. I have been to four races this year, Charlotte twice, Atlanta and Talladega. The stands were hardly half empty. Attendance is certainly down from past years but that is do largely in part to the economy. A lot of the recreational activities have lost traction over the last three years.

With that said, they do need to do something to bring some more interest back. They could start with removing the restrictor plates at the super speedways.

I think they should also go back to being more fan friendly like they were when the sport became so popular. It's nearly impossible to get access anymore with the way most paddocks and cold pits are set up.

That's like going from Aaron Rodgers to Tavaris Jackson.

Supposedly Kyle has offered Hornaday a ride in his 18 truck next year.

If I'm him, I take it.

That's why I really don't know what to think about this incident. Yeah, you can kill somebody doing that. But yeah, this has gone on since they raced on the beach. People worship Earnhardt like he was the second coming, including NASCAR itself, but Kyle Busch is a monster who shouldn't be allowed on a racetrack anymore.

I like the let the drivers police themselves policy. They all know the risks they're taking.

Why, so Busch can cut the brake lines? i don't trust Busch as far as I could throw him.

Yeah, but Aaron Rodgers hasn't put people lives in jeopardy needlessly.

Dude. Kyle Busch isn't the first driver to intentionally wreck somebody. Not even the first to do it under yellow.

I haven't been to any races but I do watch on TV and the stands are at most 65% full so I guess it was a bit of an exaggeration. Bristol seems to be pretty much full though.

obviously cajun hated Busch long before this.

No. but it's not the first time Busch has done it either. Further, it's not the first time he has put people OTHER than drivers at risk. His antics on pit road with Harvicks unmanned car not to mention his disregard for other people with his extreme speeding and his subsequent suspension of his driver's license.

It's not that much.

Kyle Busch, Kurt Busch, Tony Stewart, Jimmy Johnson and Karl Edwards are all a bit too aggressive.....Keselowski can be as well, but not as bad as the other 5. Ironically those 5 are some of the top drivers in the sport. So while they are aggressive, and careless quite often, they seem to be able to get results. I don't like any of them.....but I sure wish my favorite driver would drive with more aggression and anger, Dale Jr. unfortunately, he is too nonchalant....too happy go lucky.
