Depending on who you take in first I’d sure be interested in second
Had a really good week and covered like a CB out there
Nolan used a joker SS
Plays in the box and helps with run, short passing game and blitzing
Might be a good fit
His coverage skills looked really good at SR Bowl practice

I believe Von Bell was PFF's #1 Safety against the run. Since he was with NO, you would think he knows Bell's skill set awfully well. He is a player to keep our eye on in fa. Probably won't break the bank either as his best skills are more against the run then the pass.

Even if he cant start right away, he has that desire within him. Chip on shoulder type....which would do a LOT for our special teams...immediately.

Mind you this guy cannot be our only attempt at upgrading the S spot. We need to sign a UFA of significance and stop lying to ourselves that Woods and/or Heath are starting S on a good team.

If he is there in the 3rd (and Delpit or McKinney wasnt the first pick) he would be a good selection.

I'd say w all the attention he goes sooner.

Early second is my guess but lots depends on how many teams load up on this WR class
