What an insightful and informative thread.

Instead of making these witty threads why don't you actually cheer for the team you claim to support. He is a member of the Dallas Cowboys, therefore I will root for him to do well.

Go Kyle "Big Game" Orton

I thought this thread was hilarious.
My kind of guy...

Go "Big Game" Orton!!!

Then we'll get destroyed together at some Random's house party!

His boozing and who he hangs out with means nothing to me. Glad he is happy. All I care about is on Sunday he doesnt make a lot of mistakes and he gets the ball to Dez and Witten. Thats it.

Qbs liking their booze is not new. Billy Kilmer was a solid, gutty and gritty QB who liked to tip a few. Kenny Stabler was minimum top 3 QB of the 70s and he admitted to studying his playbook Saturday nights in a bar.

Have fun Kyle. Just show up Sunday ready to go.

You forgot one. I fully expect Jeff & Hazel's boy, "Number 17 in your program, but number 1 in your heart", to keep an eye on Kyle this Sunday night. I think they would have been kindred spirits!

For the record, I expect Big Game Orton to have a big game on Sunday. I think Romo has been hampered a bit this year. I expect a return of the deep ball on Sunday.

I have no doubts about Orton's ability to complete passes, read the defense, etc. He's been in this system for a couple of years and knows the offense. He likely has a pretty good relationship with guys like TWill and Cole BeasTly.

The only question is what can Orton do with his feet. So much of Dallas' success has come on Romo's ability to find a space to throw the ball.

What I *DO* hope we see from Orton is no hesitation to tuck the ball and run when he's got a meadow's worth of turf in front of him. Romo has passed up a few of these opportunities in the past, often b/c he CAN hit the reciever, but I think it's something that can make Philly have to adjust to.

K. Orton will not be the worst QB in the NFL this Sunday, ... our defense however, ......... will still be the worst defense.
