Kyler Murray dealing with a 2-3 week ankle injury

When healthy that little shrimp can run. He’s incredibly quick and shifty. He would give our defense problems. Our defense is improving but Murray would be a problem.

I agree, he can run if forced but unlike some running QB if you let him sit in the pocket he is showing very good skills as a passer.

Do they have the ability to rest him and win or are they forced to play him?

Man if Murray can't play and they lose to SF, and AR is out, if they drop a game to KC.
We beat Denver. And if LAR drops a game to the Titans, though they are without Henry, which hurts, we can have the lead for HFA.

He’s good from the pocket but when he gets outside the pocket it sucks up the defense to try and keep him from taking off for 20 and it leaves a wide open receiver down the field. It’s very difficult to defend him.

I agree. I just think some running QB are just more comfortable when on the run looking to make plays as opposed to playing from the pocket, they get jittery in the pocket so teams look to contain them in the pocket. With Murray as you said he can make plays on the run be it passing or pulling it and running but if you try to contain him in the pocket he plays well out of the pocket.

With McCoy, they could beat San Francisco, Carolina and Seattle … absolutely

While they could win all 3 bc McCoy is more than Serviceable they could also lose all 3 and in no way are those easy games really with a back up- particularly San Fran and Carolina
