Except it's not. Not when your opponents consistently benefit from almost 2 more penalties than your team. Not when you have a very good pass rush but go weeks without the benefit of a holding call in consecutive seasons. Not when antiquated, absurd, and the rarest of flags appear in your games to derail momentum and sway analytics in your opponents favor. Not when all borderline reviews go against your team, and not when clear catches are suddenly not catches. Not when NFL disciplinary standards are shown the door to your team to advance an agenda.
