Cowboys starting right tackle La'el Collins is allowed to return to the team facility this week, the team announced Wednesday. Collins, though, remains suspended.

He has served two games of a five-game suspension.

Steele deserves to keep his job. He hasn't been suspended for dodging drug tests and has played just as well, if not better.

For too long we have handed players their starting position right back and that needs to change. Jimmy never did things that way.

Stupidity cannot be tolerated anymore. He missed all last season for some obscure reason. No one knows how he injured his hip but he did. He's not dependable and if we want to challenge for the division and conference then we need players who are.

I would tell him he needs to do what's best for the team since he's chosen what's best for him for the last 2 years. He can help us by being a swing tackle and also sliding to guard, or he can sit out the rest of the season. He's really embarrassed this organization.

Steele deserves to keep his job.

At the very least Terence has put together a strong argument for the coaching staff to give him a legitimate chance to be a starter on this team. Anything less, and I would expect it would not look good on this team.

Players who produce at a reasonable level, and do things like shut out Joey Bosa deserve a chance at the starter's spot.

It's a far cry from Garrett. If Romo went down or if Sean Lee went down it was over.

I remember when Greg Ellis broke his leg and the defense missed him a ton. The difference is we have a lot of depth. We have done a great job in the draft and free agency.
