Yeah. Heaven forbid someone disrupt the viewing of millionaires playing a game to bring focus to important issues on a massive stage.

The politics were there. They were very subtle and in her lyrics. But entertaining none the less. Prince is still the GOAT of sb performances.

Prince's performance was amazing, but so was pretty much everything else he did.

One of the best halftime shows I've ever seen, and I was in the halftime show for Super Bowl XX!

If anyone thinks there was no politics in his performance, they weren't paying attention. She just wasn't ham-fisted about it.

Last halftime show I have seen was in fact Prince, cause I greatly admired the Purple One's talent. I have stridently avoided every one since. The only think I know of this Ga woman is that she was in American Horror Story.

I watched most of the game while I was flying. I didn't have my headphones on so I only "watched" the game and the halftime show. The show looked amazing. The game seemed better too without listening to the announcers.

I liked Sir Paul when he performed. Liked Prince he did his. I might be in the minority but liked Tom Petty when he did his.

Did not watch this years. Have nothing against lady gaga...respect her as a musician in a world of many artists that just get told what to sing, but with that said, she is not really my cup of tea so I passed.

I liked Bruno Mars. Kinda weird coming from a hick like me.

I'm a country music fan, really had no idea who Lady GaGa was, but I have to admit, I enjoyed her music. I'm glad she kept politics out of it and just concentrated on putting on a good show, which she did.

I don't follow her either, but I thought she did a good job.

Yeah. Heaven forbid someone disrupt the viewing of millionaires playing a game to bring focus to important issues on a massive stage.
that was not the place for it. i, and millions of others, watch football to get away from the political whining.

Good thing it's not during the game then! I'm usually taking the piss I've been holding, and grabbing a snack.

I guess I got fooled, her intro 'jump' was pre recorded.

I hear you. I tend to have a big fat mouth on Facebook challenging people on issues that I believe are important. However, at the Super Bowl it's nice to have a break from all that. It doesn't mean the issues aren't important. They are. Sometimes you just need a break.
