i thought it was an opportunity missed for a shorten suspension per NFLPA .. but if his camp really feels it's an legit legal battle and he is determined to
prove whatever legal, innocent means he feels he has to prove, so be it.

If this case does somehow has legs and a case ends up being made for Collins winning his case, (which would reimburse his missed checks too) then this
case can also be made for other players who could find themselves wrongly suspended.
