so we don't want Gibson playing corner. Got it lol

I think they showed good athleticism in the video, especially Collins. I would have loved to seen Parnell in Gibson's spot lumbering trying to turn and get up field . It's nice to add two more athletes to the offensive line.

So maybe La'el becomes a weapon in one of our tackle eligible plays...

Collins makes sense to replace Parnell in those heavy packages. Making him eligible on the goal line could be a nice wrinkle to add to our offense though we were 2nd scoring TDs in the red zone in 2014.

Gibson > than Green like many have said, excellent value there at a position of need. So he's not as versatile as Green (G/OT vs OT) or as early a pick (3rd vs 7th). In reality sometimes the best NFL Drafts can make up for whiffing on a 3rd round pick by knocking a 7th rounder into the stands.

One key to Drafting and building successfully is hitting on late round picks after striking out on the inevitable. Some people act like the Draft is a precision event when young players are still developing and maturing at a pivotal age physically.

Concluding that the Draft is not an exact science is a simple and logical event, but acting like every 3rd or 4th round pet cat pick you like in the Draft is golden, or a money choice, is a pretty asinine and self inflicted, embarrassingly insane assumption.

Not hardly worth the criticism of your favorite team.

That was great, just hope most of the people on this board read this post. My favorite was " but acting like every 3rd or 4th round pet cat pick you like in the Draft is golden, or a money choice, is a pretty asinine and self inflicted, embarrassingly insane assumption."

Gibson might have better upside than Green, but Green was much more developed as an OLineman in college than Gibson. Gibson was a pet cat for me before the Cowboys drafted him, but he was very raw in college.

The good thing is that we don't have to decide which is better. We can wait and watch them compete the next couple of years and it will all get settled out. I want to see them both play before I condemn Green as a bust, as he has already been labeled..

Man, Collins might be our best lineman since Larry Allen.
