LOL!!In height?
LOL!!In height?
I've been using one every night for about 8 months. I'm no taller, but my back feels better.
- I know a guy that swears that he increased his height by over 1" as an adult.
- He had one these setups with gravity boots that he used everyday.
- He even started wearing a weighted helmet with a chin strap.
- His goal was to decompress his back, not to get taller.

Hey, that might double it!You only get 1/2" from those? That's unfortunate for you...
Within reason I guess. Hulk Hogan said he lost 2 inches due to spinal compression from all the leg drops he performed over the years, I have heard paratroopers lose some height as well if they have done a lot of combat jumps.

The 10 lbs is fairly common for NFL players. They have the whole off season with the best training money can buy
Growing a half inch at his age I would think is pretty rare
So once he signs a fat extension he's gonna shrink to 5'5"???It's evolution at work. Having to stretch for overthrown balls caused his body to begin to grow. Normally this process would take a few thousand years but he's playing for a new contract.
I'm no scientist, but...yes.So once he signs a fat extension he's gonna shrink to 5'5"???

He apparently also added 10 pounds "of muscle," according to the article.

I actually didn’t realize your height changedHeight fluctuates throughout the day. At the end of the day you are about a third of an inch shorter than measurements when you get up. That varies from person to person, so a measure of a half inch taller could easily come from those factors.
I actually didn’t realize your height changed
I knew weight did but not height
Pretty interesting
It makes sense, I just never really thought about that. I weigh in the mornings because that’s the lightest you will be all day. Your weight changes a few pounds from morning to night. Mostly from water. Your body loses a considerable amount of water when you sleepIf you are active, especially so. Being upright your spine compresses throughout the day. Average is 0.3 inches a day but CD is 6'2", so he'd see more change being so far above average height.
Also, it isn't like those "official" measurements are particularly accurate. Ideally, you'd measure numerous times and average.
