I think the real story here is the history that's about to be made is when he gets 1000 yards this year he's the only other Cowboys wide receiver since Michael Irvin and I'm not sure if this is a history of the Dallas Cowboys they have four straight 1000+ yard seasons... It's too bad the coaching Staffs don't have forethought when he was a rookie to get him another 50 yards that have been every year 1000 yards that's pretty good...

It's nice, but would rather break the team record 28 year drought of not getting to the NFCCG.

If he was truly smart he would work Trey Lance into the rest of the games this year for two series per half let him play a full series not just come in to run the ball in the goal line I don't know what they're afraid of but if you wanna weigh out a pass rush put the mobile quarterback in lots of rpos lots of bootlegs make them chase the dudes...
fish said he must look bad in practice.
They threw away a 4th for him then dont use him, then a 4th for mingo, and use him a little then give up, so 2 wasted 4th round picks !
Jones boys are so stupid.

Also maybe they dont think he can help win games? or that maybe he might win too much?
the last game he played, he had like 5 ints, so I think that ruined his chances of getting another game as qb.
That is just how jones boys roll lol.

I remember when aikman would throw ints, 4 in a lost to phil one night, but you just have to stick with the guy, not bench him.

yeah but that isnt happening anytime in next 5 years.
They have to find obscure records like this to make a player look good.

With a 17 game season, any decent wr should get 1000 yds.
Last season with 1749 yds was good, but that was pre contract year, and it wont happen again.
And to do that he had to get more targets than any other wr in nfl. A lot more, only hill was close on targets.

good? that's ELITE Gret off the charts ..lmao good poke.. Just show me all the other receivers that are getting 1000 yards every single season in a row because he's 50 yards short as rookie year from having five straight 1000 yard seasons it's so easy show me show me all the running backs that are breaking 1000 this year it's so easy but yet many do not do it especially giving that 2020 his rookie year Prescott got hurt in Game 5 or 6 again this year he's doing this with backup quarterbacks but when he has Prescott and he's on a roll he's not only getting 1000 yards..

935 rookie 5tds in 16 games sharing with Prime Gallup and Coop
1102- 16 games 6 tds
1359-17 games 9 tds
1749- Best wr #s 12tds 1st team all pro, PB, led in most category's last year
973 and counting... TOP 3 in receptions and yards so far this season so easy hes top 5?? sounds well above average LMAO

So it looks like he's play 2-16 game seasons should've had 1000 every year but he's clearing 1000 he's not just getting 1000 he's going well beyond it.....

so calling this guy while any average wide receiver blah blah blah I hear another hater doesn't like the contract that's what I'm hearing show me all the receivers that are putting up this kind of numbers/ he's considered I can save you the time a top five wide receiver right now most people have them in their top five he's consistent and in 2020 and this year he's playing with backup quarterbacks most of the year and might I say this year a terrible offensive coordinator terrible play calling terrible route trees or he'd be doing a lot better...

Don't use the word good with last year's numbers were elite epic these were most dream about having a year like this.... What it shows is he progressed every year from his rookie year and then he peaked last year with a great year you're right most nobody has seasons like that back-to-back there's usually one career season but he's consistent that's what this shows

I think the reason this is being talked about and I just had to go verify this you realize that drew Pearson didn't do this not even once that he had back-to-back 1000 yard seasons he only went over 1000 twice in his whole long like 12 year career Dez Bryant only done it once back-to-back... i mean his whole career he only had three 1000 plus yards seasons..

So what lamb has done already up till this year in his first five years in the league versus what was probably the best wide receiver in Cowboys history in Michael Irvin after looking at his numbers he was way underrated especially in a running league although the play action helped a lot he played 12 years and he had seven years of 1000 over but the reason they're talking about this in his prime, MI had 5 straight years over 1200 yards in row.. but 7 of 12 years playing he went over 1k...

so Lamb is entering Michael Irvin territory I mean historic history is the Cowboys have had with wide receivers and the number 88 and all that other jazz people are not appreciating what lamb is doing and I know it's a 17 game season but this will probably be four years in a row at over 1000 yards and he might end up at least tying michael irvin in that category.. I realize again it's a 17 game season but it still needs to be noted because there have been so many good wide receivers and great wide receivers and tight ends that come through here that is a big deal when you're mentioned in the same breath....

I promise you, CD doesnt need any stat to make him “look” good

His play on the field speaks for itself

you guys want to talk about a owner or GM who dropped the ball on that one. Thought you were supposed to sign all Bonafide Stars to LTD early , not late.. Cincy made mistake he's now on his best year and counting = Break the bank , might demand 38=40 might have to trade him..coinci far worse at getting players signed and keeping players . they had 1 WR leave and another in TH want money and not paid..let mizon walk NO SB at all ever..hmm terrible GM and owner
not fair to judge Cinci and DAL - only in the realm they have the same business model/ownership style.

Det, Phi, Minn all signed their star WR early creating cap space. Ceedee is that guy but we could have given him just under Jefferson sooner.

I need to ask you is the Dak signing a mistake let me know your opinion.

Still cheering and following a 6-8 team...good for you! Jerry thanks you for your unwavering support
Nope. I have only watched the thanksgiving game. I find this year hysterical knowing that Jerry will never again sniff a championship. Will be even funnier when fat rosacia face Steven comes to the realization after a couple of 3-14 years under his watch
