Lamb: Pickens has not stopped smiling since he got here

It’s his skit

He usually sprouts off how cap broke Dallas is. After this offseason and $30+ million in space the mantra shifted

He’s a good dude. But definitely loves to stir the pot here lol
Man…you guys can google GP.

Not a big secret.

Watching the team lose players because we are strapped isn’t fun.

perhaps. he only avgd 900 yds per season there though. he could easily eclipse that here even as the number 2.
He could, but to put up his best season, he'd have to have more than 1,140. I just don't see it with Lamb's numbers plus our focus on the running game. Of course, maybe the running game isn't successful and we revert to primarily a passing attack.

Might be hard to do in some ways. First, he was the big dog in Pittsburgh, and will have to share that with Lamb here. Next, No-Schott wants to run the ball, which may limit the passing game some. He's had top 10 running games, but his passing games have generally been in the teens and below.

He could have a very successful season without duplicating the numbers he put up with the Steelers.
He left the Seahawks because he wanted to throw more and Pete Carroll didn't.

We’ll see if he’s still smiling if the team struggles this season and he’s not producing the way everyone is expecting. Nothing brings out the diva in a receiver when things aren’t going well. Just look at some of CeeDee’s sideline antics last season.

There is that. He tried to take advantage of having Wilson and strong downfield weapons. His offense here could develop similarly even if he starts out wanting to lean more on th running game.

So did Charles Haley. You’re obviously incapable mentally of understanding that a change in scenery, coaches and ownership can have a huge impact on a player.
Exactly. We saw this in our own division last year with Barkley and Becton. Pickens can do the same. He’s probably smart enough to know that he’s getting a new start and to make the best of his opportunity.

There is never a good reason to over pay someone.
That's really not your business....why cry about someone else's cash. These guys average 4 years...get what you can, while your fire is hot. Screw what people think.

You clearly do not understand how the salary cap works.
