Admittedly, Cee Dee surely did play like a #1 WR vs. Green Bay, although, it might have been helpful if Cedric Wilson were still available for us to rely upon for extra help. No thanks to our FO for sending him packing, for the sake of saving their cap savings from undue harm! Does Stephen desire a luxury boat of his own, now? Sorry, just a wild guess! o_O

Not all pro, just a quick guy with good hands. But I agree, Dak is a problem.
You're right. A quick shifty WR like Beasely would be good for him. I was really hoping Turpin could be that guy. A guy that can take a WR bubble screen to the second level. I was hoping Turpin with his quickness could do some of the routes Cole used to do. One disappointing thing about this year is the lack of creativity of the offense and stubbornness of staying uncreative. I feel Turpin is underused and he could present problems for the defense.

Another example of stubbornly using the same people that happened sunday that made me frustrated. Malik Davis had 5 Carrie's for 38 yards, no TOs and was doing well with blitz pickup. That's roughly 6 or 7 yards per carry and he held his own against the blitz. Play him more and give Pollard a rest. Davis was playing well and we go away from his positive play to do things that don't work. Go with the hot hand during the game. This and not using Turpin is more creative ways are reasons, among many others, that prove Moore is the biggest problem to our offense.

Yeah, I also noticed that.

Offense was rolling with Malik, then they sit him down and go back to Pollard (who looked tired by that time in the game), throwing smokes to the outside (that the corners saw coming from a mile away), forcing it to Gallup and some other stuff that didn't work.

They get in their own way, trying to look smart or mixing plays for the pure joy of using the back of the play sheet.

Stick to what is working Kellen, you dummy!

And still got no respect from the refs with the blatant PI in OT.

Having said that, we got almost nada from the rest of the WR core.

Dak played bad I know, but he needs another target for crunch time, quick guy who can run the tree in a couple of seconds, like Bease used to. Someone to throw hot routes under pressure, it takes forever for Lamb to get open down the field and even more time for Schultz.

Beckham is now probably not an option, he wants a contender.

Lamb is a pretty good WR. But with our QB right now no chance I pay him his market value of 20 million +. Not a chance. Totally pointless. We just saw a QB pick us apart with no one at WR.

If CeeDee can't be disciplined on routes......the GB yards mean nothing to declare him a #1 WR.

Lamb has to clean up the miscues on the option routes, but yea, he’s a stud and is turning into the #1 that we needed.

Problem is he’s the only good WR we have. MG has been borderline non existent.

If Dak tossed CeeDee under the bus regarding route running, as I'm hearing.......Dak is WRONG. He is wrong......that is some $#$#$ and the same as the "I guess I have to catch it for him too." quote about Dez. Houston....."We have a problem"!!!
