I heard it was because Dak asked for Dr Pepper and Lenoir brought him Cherry Coke

Intersting timing. Didn't even know he was on the roster honestly. Two years ago I think he had a real big chance to make a name for himself. Just didn't happen.

It's always odd when a player is cut at this time of year. There is zero gain for the team to cut the player at this point. It usually means that the player did something wrong either off-field trouble or lack of off-season commitment to the program. This season it seems unlikely that it could be a lack of off-season commitment because I don't know how the team would know what the player is doing. It's also possible the agent asked for his release because he thinks the player has zero chance to make the Cowboys roster.

I thought they cut Lenoir last year.......the guy had 9 lives,,

He was on IR last season.

He was active for 7 games in 2018 then cut when Tavon Austin was healthy enough to be active.
