The knee is a concern but he has been practicing
My #1 preference is obvious, but I would take a look at Ramon Harewood before Louis.
And Jeremy Trueblood before I wold keep Demetrus Bell.
Isn't Harewood more of a power man blocker?
I don't think the Cowboys are going to bring in any other guards.
Bern is an acceptable backup. Kowalski, when he's played and done fine. ASSUMING Leary is capable of going in week 1, I don't think the Cowboys make a move for another guard.
'Acceptable' 'Fine'
These are the standards some of us have apparently lowered ourselves to when it comes to the offensive line.
Can't we shoot for better?
Aim a little higher?
Low standards is what got us into the mess we've dealt with for over a decade.
I would like to continue to dig out of that hole.
In every way that we can.
You got $2 in your pocket. You can get a 8 pack of Ramen noodles or a small fry & cheeseburger at McD's or a frozen pizza.
That's the Cowboys cap situation. Filet mignon is off the menu.
I see a post that says $8 million.
And the guys being cut wouldn't cost you as much as $2 million.
