Vernon Davis is a baller, let me tell you. He is always getting into these little pushing matches at training camp. He is a tough dude. The thing is this guy is so frekin mellow in real life; I saw a video of him painting a fruit bowl or something like that on youtube.

Besides that, Davis needs to stop acting like an idiot and stop picking fights that can bench press three times your body weight, and perform on the field. He has gotten alot of money for doing NOTHING on the field as of yet and he hasn't deserved a dime of it up to this point. Just play the game um-dumb.

That would be an exaggeration, of course. He never held many interviews and still doesn't, but to characterize him as a mute is pretty insulting...

Davis is a physical freak... in terms of measurables, he's got to be the best TE in league history. But I think he's a punk. He stood on the star and did the mock-TO thing after scoring a TD in Texas Stadium during his ROOKIE YEAR in a PRESEASON game. And the Niners were LOSING. And then he kicked over the pylon or whatever against Seattle last year, which cost them 15 yards if I remember correctly.

I don't see 49ers games all the time, but from what I've seen, the guy is a grade-A punk.

Larry Allen (at least early in his career with Dallas) could run a 4.6 40 at 325lbs! If Larry got his hands on Davis he would be dead meat. Larry is is a beast and I mean literally. Larry Allen is to 325lbs what Calvin Johnson is to 240lbs.

Yes, but he isn't the Freak that Larry Allen was. To see 6'3 325lbs run down a 230lbs linebacker when he was 20 yards behind him was an amazing display of moving beef. To bench 700lbs just adds to how mind-boggling of a freak Allen actually was.
