I agree, I don't think the Team in general has any direction and is very devoid of leadership.

Again, we don't have that player that everyone else is afraid to let down or have to deal with when they get back to the huddle.

The players are not afraid of anyone on the Coaching Staff because Jerry Jones has their back.

has been dead accurate about this team all year long. To me, the most disturbing thing he's been saying is that in training camp, the Cowboys spent exactly ONE day in full pads, full contact practice. One day.. in training camp.

and yet, Jerrah wants to keep this bunch of coaches.

it's starts at the top. what can you expect when your owner dictates who starts at WR, who will be your coaches before he hires the hc. when he puts the cart in front of the horse. the players have no accountability. the coaches have no accountability and of course the gm has zero accountability
