I'm glad the draft is so close because the anticipation is killing me. This is my last mock attempt at a mock because I know this board will be flooded with rumors over the next two days.

Round 1. Pick 18: Sheldon Richardson DT Mizzou - I'd love to add Cooper to this team but It looks harder and harder to find that scenario likely. Richardson gives us some much needed youth at the DT spot. He's very disruptive and could really flourish under Marinelli, think Sapp and Melton.

Round 2. Pick 47: DaMontre Moore DE TAMU- If he makes it to 47 then I honestly have no doubt that they would pick him. We need depth at DE in a bad way because after Ware and Spencer we have absolutely no proven depth at the position. He could also be a viable replacement for Spencer come 2014.

Round 3. Pick 80: Brian Winters OG Kent St- He may go a little higher but with the rise in JAG's such as Pugh he may fall down into this spot. If indeed we decide to switch to a zone blocking scheme he would be an ideal fit for this team.

Round 4. Pick 114: JJ Wilcox S Georgia Southern- In a year with such a deep safety class the guy I think with the most upside of any of them is Wilcox. He's a freak athlete who's played multiple positions while at Ga Southern ala Eric Weddle at Utah.

Round 5. Pick 151: Joseph Randle RB Ok State- He might come off the board in the late 4th but his stock has fallen considerably over the last two months and if he makes it to pick 151 I would definitely pull the trigger.

Round 6. Pick 185: Charles Johnson WR Grand Valley St- A big time sleeper at the WR position who could turn into another late round steal for this team.

I didn't feel like mocking in trades because I don't really know what to expect in the first round but if Richardson is still on the board I don't know how we could just pass him up. I'm sure we'll make a trade somewhere along the way to add a pick or two but for me I'd be pretty pleased if the draft turned out this way.

A big fan of the Winters and Wilcox picks. There is value taking them in those rounds.

This would be an excellent draft.. I'm not a huge Demontre Moore fan but at 47 I think that is pretty good value.. From what I'm hearing though I am not sure Wilcox makes it all the way to our pick in the 4th

If it worked out this way, this would be our most productive draft in years.

Our defence wold be absolutely terrifying and everyone of these players would contribute this year and become starters year 2-3.

My only gripe is 1 OL and he is decent, I like him, but not nearly enough.

I would take Oline in the 5th and then take RB 6th,WRs with potential are plenty in FA.

Oh and I do doubt Moore, he is a bit of a character risk, just not all the way there in the head.

Looks solid to me. We would have to add a right tackle in free agency though.

I'd be fine with this if we get one of the FA tackles.

agree with this
it is very possible that chris faulk or brennan wiliams (both OTs) could fall to the 5th round due to injury

either could be starting by mid season and would have been rd 1-2 talents if healthy

Yeah I totally expect us to grab a tackle via free agency, and if Cincy jumps up to get Fluker then Andre Smith becomes a cheaper option as well.

I would love to draft either of them in the 5th round; although I don't know if they really fall that far. Other injured OL are Dallas Thomas and Barrett Jones.

As you indicated, if healthy, I think they could start in the NFL as rookies.

I like it. And you can post draft stuff in the Fan Zone for now if you like. I see someone moved it but either way gets lots of traffic these days.

I would sign up for that. But do you really think Randle will be available in the fifth? I see him going in the third.
