Just saw the replay an Dungy is correct, bad defense on last play. 10 yard cushion on outside recievers no pressure. The D had 3-4 guys in middle of field and left the outside 1-1.

So he did not just led his team to victory? Thats what I saw unlike Romo.

I know this wasn't for me but it is worth noting that although Brady deserves a ton of credit, he did get three chances to do it and (he and team) failed the 1st two times.

At least last game, Romo kept trading shots (succeeding) with Peyton until the end, where he (and term) finally came up short. There were not chances after that.

But I'm a Brady fan, so I';m not here to diss the guy.

My apologies, looking at this now it's poorly worded. My retry:

Game winning drives are a stupid thing to keep track of and this game shows why.

I guess it's worth looking at as a trivial stat but there's no reason to believe it identifies a special skill.
