Wentz is legit, but there's no guarantee that he looks the way he does there, on the Cowboys. He'd be restricted by a Jason Garrett offense and one of the most talent depleted defenses in the league. That treasure trove of picks we would have to give up would be needed for us to attempt to outtalent the league.

I totally agree that he would be restricted here but it's the most imoortant position in football and IMO he was one of the best talents in years coming out out at the position so you have to go up for that when you needed a future QB like we did.


He will most likely end Phillys Super Bowl drought. He will bring a title to Philly.

Philly's FO doesn't waste picks like ours does. The only 2nd rounder that is on the field in the past decade is Sean Lee. So if we have such questionable drafting, imagine how bad it'd be without a couple of first rounders, a 2nd rounder and possibly more. We're not trading Romo like the Eagles would do.
