Ah, the Barry vs. Emmitt debate.

The thing about Barry Sanders is he could have a game with 2 80-yard TD runs (he did that against TB one year) and
follow that game up with a 12 carries for minus-7 yards game.

He has the most negative yards carries in NFL history.... but... wow, was he ever dangerous! A supreme athlete.

I'm not debating the two runners. You're generalizing arguments. I was just saying that Barry was better than Bell.
And that is also yet another argument for Barry's "great OL".

Correct, but I don't think they get to the Super Bowl unless he plays well. I still doubt Bortle's consistency, and if he has a subpar game, you're not beating the Patriots or Steelers.

You really believe Pro Bowl voters know crud about crud?
They look at stats and see that their QB hasn't been sacked a bunch and that was it back then. Stats weren't as complex as they are now. And no nuance as to why- the DL was scared to death of Barry. We have seen this with Zeke this very year!
Then they see an incredible RB putting up great numbers.

Well... we MUST put some of those plug uglies, up front, in the Pro Bowl, for certain!

You're going to see multiple players this very year in the Pro Bowl that don't deserve it.
