I may be in the minority but I don’t think Romo is long for the booth. His enthusiasm and competitiveness comes through in spades. I believe he will want back in at some point. I know he’s great in the booth but that just means he can have his pick of jobs when he ever wants one. I think he’s going to want to get back into a lockeroom as a coach in the near future. Yes, I know the hours and all the reasons the TV gig is better but Romo is not a normal person. He is a competition junkie and I predict he will get bored in the booth.
