Late Game Thread

Making millions in the booth seems to be the less stress option over making millions coaching. So, I wouldn't blame Romo if he wanted to stick to the booth.

We all know that arguement and it may win out. My original point is that when you listen to him call a game, his enthusiasm for the game and competitiveness is clear. I believe he will miss the dynamics of the lockeroom and competing day in and day out. I will say it again, he is a competition junkie. He lives to compete. It’s why he played golf tournaments and played in rec basketball and soccer leagues in the off season. That part of him will go unfulfilled and the only way he can rectify that is to coach in the NFL or become a pro golfer. I think he will eventually choose to chase a super bowl ring as a coach. Money is no option. He has all he could ever want. A few years in the booth affording him ample family time and I think that competitive itch will be too hard to ignore for him. He is so good in the booth that if he were to leave and go coach, he could pick his job and salary should he ever want to go back in the booth so he will not be throwing anything away by leaving TV to coach.
