Late Game Thread

I was gonna say...

Rodgers does an excellent job on a fast track, indoors in January. If weather is a factor in Lambeau, it might be more of an advantage for Dallas (defense) than GB. Just look what GB did in Dallas, vs the #1 seed Cowboys in 2016.
I don't know who you think you're kidding. Dak Prescott, the product of the Deep South wouldn't be able to move the ball in cold conditions. Score would be like 31-6. Rodgers doesn't throw INTs and INTs are the only way that Dallas defense can be good.

Naw.....Packers crap the bed in Detroit week 18.....would be so much better.....We end up w/ the #1 seed....13-4.....same record as GB and Tampa....win tie breaker based on better conference record.
That would be like Detroit's super bowl and Detroit's new head coach is full of pride and they've gotten better lately. We'll see.

The defense looked good the last time they were on the field…..

He hindsight is 20/20 but I think I’d take my chances on getting three yards rather than give Rodgers the ball back with 45 seconds and a TO and a possible OT. Just my opinion. But I wish the Ravens would have converted.

Let's not forget the Packers gifted 4 points, or a TD instead of a FG, with that phantom PI call against the Ravens.

Weird how you can look back @ plays.....and the Packers always ....almost like magic....get the benefit of extra points gifted to them through penalty.

Damn, that reporter going after Aaron, "What, what are we laughing about?"

Big win by the Bengals.....going into Denver isn't easy....and getting a W.

Wow, they tried the same thing 2 weeks ago against the Steelers (went for the 2pt. conversion instead of tying the game with extra point) with Lamar Jackson.. Same result, A loss. But even worse we miss out on #1 seed for now..

But you are giving Rodgers the ball back regardless of if you make the two point conversion or not.

This is true but if you get the two you only have to hold them for 40 seconds with one TO versus potentially OT too.

Both scenarios you give Rodgers 40 seconds to get Crosby into field goal range……

But if they get the two and hold for 40 seconds game over. With just the EP it’s 40 seconds plus OT. I think if Harbaugh had a healthy defense he would kick the EP but rolled the dice on one play from the three with what he had. I just can’t say that’s a bad decision is all.
